            Minimum 80 rooms
            Urban & Select Suburban locations
            Primary market area population >750,000
            Resort Properties
            Interior corridor
            In need of significant capital improvements/renovation
            Free and clear of management
            Branded and independent properties

LAND
            Will selectively consider land investments for apartment,
            condominium or hotel development.

OFFICE
            Not currently seeking office acquisition opportunities

RETAIL
            Anchored retail greater than 30,000 sq feet
